You can even make your own no-pop limit mod if you just went to the game's data folder, found the opened it up with a text editor of your choice altho I would recommend Notepad++, pressed ctrl and F at the same time and

It was late over here.ifyou open the game to the main menu you can find a tab called mods. open that and itll allow you to search for mods find one that suits you may it be 750 pop or therewill be mods to fix that, but the game will be balanced around a 200 population system. the hope is for AoE4 to also be an e-sports game so you set a standard for that and build/balance the game around it and leave huge populations for extremely loud minority of players to be added.
