I guess I'm just used to the nice breathable, cushion of the Nike Free RN, which I used to wear all the time. Maybe you have a lightly taller foot. I wear tons of different shoes (UltraBoosts, Prestos, Vapormaxes) and the 270's upper is well done. Maybe try taking out the insole if you can, or wear thinner socks.
