Have you gone to Nvidia's control panel and configured Nvidia Surround? If not, that's what you need to do, I'd guess. I haven't done this with ETS2 because my 3rd monitor broke recently, but I've done it with other games.

the native multiplayer in the game is called convoi. once he joined you drive on the same map/world. you can pick up the same jobs so you will drive the same route. its not mandatory to do the same jobs but then you only do it for having simulated CB radio.

If that's the case then you might have just deleted your whole library if you deleted everything in the folder besides the steam.exe. If you did do that then you'll just want to uninstall Steam if that's still an option for you, the end result being just reinstall Steam entirely. #14.
